Short answer: The 4 biggest RE9 missables are: Family Photograph (Ch. 2 records office), Eveline's Locket (Ch. 8 Vivien lab), Chunk family audio (Insanity-only), and Mia helicopter cameo (Grace True Ending only). Missing any of these = no Platinum.

It looks like an optional side room. It's not β the Family Photograph there is trophy-required. Five minutes of detour saves 12+ hours of replay.
Each is worth 10,000 currency at vendor, but collecting all 6 unlocks "Treasure Hunter" trophy. Hold them.
It's at the top of Raccoon City Clock Tower. Easy to skip if you bypass the climb. Required for Platinum.
0.4-second knife parry window. Practice on lower difficulties. Failing = Bad Ending, no Mia cameo.
"True Survivor" trophy + Chunk family audio + Eveline Reference Photo all require this. Skipping = no Platinum.
